This is the whisk bowl that comes standard with every Ankarsrum Original mixer (in addition to the stainless bowl.) A drive shaft is not included with this bowl; the shaft that comes with the mixer can be used, or the drive shaft is available separately. This bowl is rated at 6 qt. capacity. That's the volume as measured to the rim of the bowl, which is the common industry standard of measure; practical usable capacity is 4.5 qt. This bowl also fits older Electrolux Assistent, Verona Assistentl, and Magic Mill DLX mixers.
The drive shaft, whisk and whisk drive are not included in this item.
