Ankarsrum

For Model AKM 6230: Ankarsrum provides a 7 year limited warranty, to the original purchaser, on the motor base assembly, and a 1 year limited warranty on all attachments and accessories. Warranty does not cover: commercial use, user negligence or abuse, nor does it cover use for the wrong purpose.

For Model AKM 6220 and earlier: Ankarsrum provides a 5 year limited warranty, to the original purchaser, on the motor base assembly, and a 1 year limited warranty on all attachments and accessories. Warranty does not cover: commercial use, user negligence or abuse, nor does it cover use for the wrong purpose.

To qualify for the warranty, proof of purchase is required. An original receipt, confirmation from the retailer, OR registration with us will all be accepted.

For warranty service, click the link below and fill out a warranty repair ticket. Once submitted, a customer service agent will contact you to discuss and assess the problem. If your warranty issue is within 30 days of your purchase, we will replace or repair the unit at our discretion, covering ALL S/H, parts and labor. After the 30 days, you will be responsible for shipping costs to our repair facility in Woodstock, GA. Once the unit arrives, we will inspect to make sure the problem is, in fact, a warranty issue. Parts, labor and shipping back to you will be covered per your warranty. If we find that the service needed is due to misuse, we will contact you before repairing your machine to discuss your options.

Zwilling, Ballarini, Staub, Miyabi, Demeyere, Henckels

LIMITED WARRANTY
Zwilling J.A. Henckels, LLC (“Zwilling”) warrants to the initial purchaser that Zwilling products will be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for as long as said purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies only to products that were purchased in the United States from Zwilling or a Zwilling authorized seller located in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Zwilling products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers that are required to follow Zwilling’s policies, procedures, and quality control standards. Zwilling reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or abuse, alteration to the product, negligence, or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the item.

If your Zwilling product is defective and is eligible for this limited warranty, Zwilling will replace your product.

*Please allow 12 weeks for the inspection process and return delivery of your product.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WARRANTY CLAIM
Purchasers of products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon a product defect should return the product to the store or online retailer from which the product was purchased. If unable to return your product to the store or online retailer from which it was purchased, please mail in your product to Zwilling at the address provided below. Please make sure to enclose a letter that includes the following information with your returned product:

  • Your full name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and preferred method of contact.
  • A brief description of how your product is defective.
  • The date that you purchased your product.
  • Where you purchased your product.

If you purchased your product at a physical location such as a brick-and-mortar retail store, please provide all available information about the location such as its name, location, and street address. If you purchased your product over the Internet, please provide all information about your purchase including the name of the website (if applicable) where you purchased your product. If you purchased your product from an online marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.), please provide the name of the marketplace seller from which you purchased your product. If you purchased your product through other means, please provide all information about the source of your product.

Note: You should NOT mail in your product if it was purchased from an unauthorized seller as products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered by this warranty.

Before mailing in your product to Zwilling in connection with your warranty claim request, please review the information below to ensure the safe return of your product.

Repackage the product(s) in the original packaging (if available) and pack securely.

To comply with U.S. Postal regulations, all cutlery items must be wrapped to protect all points and edges from cutting through the outer box or padded envelope in which they are mailed. In the interest of safety, please avoid attaching adhesive materials directly to the product.

Choose the shipping carrier of your choice and return the items insured with tracking (for your protection) to the address below. Please note that you are responsible for any costs incurred in mailing items to Zwilling as part of the warranty claim submission process.

Under no circumstances shall Zwilling be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

Two (2) Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty

Arovast Corporation (“Arovast”) warrants that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase (“Warranty Period”), provided the product was used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g. in the intended environment and under normal circumstances).

Your Warranty Benefits

During the Warranty Period and subject to this Warranty Policy, Arovast will, in its sole and exclusive discretion, either (i) refund the purchase, (ii) repair any defects in material or workmanship, or (iii) replace the product with another product of equal or greater value. 

Who is Covered? 

This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any subsequent owner of the product, regardless of whether the product transferred ownership during the specified term of the warranty. The original consumer purchaser must provide verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of purchase to claim the Warranty Benefits.

Be Aware of Unauthorized Dealers or Sellers. 

This warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sellers. Arovast’s limited warranty only extends to products purchased from authorized dealers or sellers that are subject to Arovast’s quality controls and have agreed to follow its quality controls.  Please be aware, products purchased from an unauthorized website or dealer may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. You can protect yourself and your products by making sure you only purchase from Arovast or its authorized dealers.

What’s Not Covered? 

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time (e.g. batteries, filters, cleaning brush, essential oil pads, etc.);
  • If the proof-of-purchase has been altered in any way or is made illegible.
  • If the model number, serial number or production date code on the product has been altered, removed or made illegible.
  • If the product has been modified from its original condition;
  • If the product has not been used in accordance with directions and instructions in the user manual;
  • To damages caused by connecting peripherals, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual.
  • To damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper or inadequate maintenance;
  • To damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorized service provider or by anyone other than Arovast;
  • To damages or defects occurring during commercial use, rental use, or any use for which the product is not intended;
  • If the unit has been damaged, including but not limited to damage by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disaster, transportation, dishwasher, or water (unless the user manual expressly states that the product is dishwasher safe).
  • Incidental and consequential damages.
  • To damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.

Claiming Your Limited Warranty Service in 5 Simple Steps:

  1. Make sure your product is within the specified warranty period.
  2. Make sure you have a copy of the invoice and order ID or proof-of-purchase.
  3. Make sure you have your product. DO NOT dispose of your product before contacting us.
  4. Contact our Customer Support team via support@cosori.com.
  5. Once our Customer Support team has approved your request, please return the product with a copy of the invoice and order ID. 

Sole and Exclusive Remedy. 

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AROVAST CORPORATION’S EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY OR OTHER NONCONFORMITY OF THE PRODUCT COVERED BY THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. NO EMPLOYEE OF AROVAST CORPORATION OR ANY OTHER PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY WARRANTY IN ADDITION TO THE WARRANTY IN THIS PRODUCT WARRANTY STATEMENT.

(b) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF AROVAST CORPORATION OR ONE OF ITS SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES.

AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE. Each piece of FINEX cookware comes Guaranteed Good Forever. If your FINEX cookware ever fails, we will repair or replace the product.

Fine Print: Guaranteed Good Forever does not cover abuse, theft, or loss. Product must be sent back to FINEX for evaluation. Every attempt will be made to repair your FINEX cookware before fully replacing. If your product is no longer available, we’ll replace with an equivalent product.

Great Jones Limited Lifetime Warranty (Cast-Iron — The Dutchess, Dutch Baby, King Sear, Molly Baz x The Dutchess, Molly Baz x Dutch Baby)

STMM, Inc. (“Great Jones”) warranties to repair or replace any enameled cast-iron cookware manufactured by Great Jones and purchased directly from Great Jones or Great Jones’s authorized retailers (the “Cookware”) if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions for the lifetime of the original consumer. Cookware is designed to be used for cooking on gas, induction, or electric stoves, and in ovens up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Should your Cookware require warranty service, please contact us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, Great Jones will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement Cookware is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Replacement Cookware may be provided in a color different from the Cookware you originally purchased. Great Jones shall not be obliged to replace any Cookware which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.


Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover: 

Abuse, commercial use, or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the Cookware instructions.

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or other nonfunctional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Cookware by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as cookware.

Damage due to improper storage.

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Cookware (for example, if you purchase Cookware with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).

This warranty is limited to the original consumer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the Cookware, with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void.  


Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability:
To the extent permissible by applicable law, the Cookware is provided “as is” and this warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the Cookware. 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and except as set forth in this limited warranty, in no event will Great Jones or its suppliers be liable for procurement of substitute products or other special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or related to the cookware or its use by you or any third party. Great Jones’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid for the cookware giving rise to such liability.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state, or country to country.

 

Great Jones Limited Warranty (Stainless — Big Deal, Deep Cut, Saucy)

STMM, Inc. (“Great Jones”) warranties to repair or replace any stainless-steel cookware manufactured by Great Jones and purchased directly from Great Jones or Great Jones’s authorized retailers (the “Cookware”) if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions for three years from the date of initial purchase. Cookware is designed to be used for cooking on gas, induction, or electric stoves, and in ovens up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Should your Cookware require warranty service, please contact us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, Great Jones will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement Cookware is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Replacement Cookware may be provided in a color different from the Cookware you originally purchased. The limited warranty period for any product repaired or replaced under this limited warranty shall be the remainder of the original warranty. Great Jones shall not be obliged to replace any Cookware which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Nonstick Cookware is designed to be used for cooking on gas, induction, or electric stoves, and in ovens up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Should your Nonstick Cookware require warranty service, please contact us at hi@greatjonesgoods.com for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, Great Jones will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement Nonstick Cookware is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Replacement Nonstick Cookware may be provided in a color different from the Nonstick Cookware you originally purchased. The limited warranty period for any product repaired or replaced under this limited warranty shall be the remainder of the original warranty. Great Jones shall not be obliged to replace any Nonstick Cookware which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Abuse, commercial use or other non-consumer use, neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the Nonstick Cookware instructions.

Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, minor paint chips, normal wear and tear, or other nonfunctional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Nonstick Cookware by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as cookware.

Damage due to improper storage.

Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Nonstick Cookware (for example, if you purchase Nonstick Cookware with multiple components and only one component is defective, then we will only replace the defective component).

This warranty is limited to the original consumer, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient of the Nonstick Cookware, with proof of purchase and is not transferable. If the product was not purchased new from the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void.  


Disclaimer, Limitation on Liability: 
To the extent permissible by applicable law, the Nonstick Cookware is provided “as is” and this warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to the Nonstick Cookware.

ARBITRATION: This Limited Warranty is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.  Any dispute between Purchaser and HCC regarding or related to the Product or to this Limited Warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration only on an individual basis with Purchaser.  Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules or by JAMS.  The arbitration hearing shall be before one arbitrator appointed by the AAA or JAMS.  The arbitrator shall not conduct class arbitration and Purchaser shall not bring any claims against HCC in a representative capacity on behalf of others.

(“Instant Brands”), the return of your appliance, is required to obtain service under this Limited Warranty. Provided that this appliance is operated and maintained in accordance with written instructions attached to or furnished with the appliance, Instant Brands will, in its sole and exclusive discretion, either: (i) repair defects in materials or workmanship; or (ii) replace the appliance. In the event that your appliance is replaced, the Limited Warranty on the replacement appliance will expire 12 months from the date of original consumer purchase.

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and use of the appliance in the authorized region of purchase. This warranty does not cover units that are used outside of the authorized region of purchase.

Any modification or attempted modification to your appliance may interfere with the safe operation of the appliance and will void this Limited Warranty. Limitation and Exclusions

The liability of Instant Brands, if any, for any allegedly defective appliance or part shall in no circumstances exceed the purchase price of a comparable replacement appliance.

The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by you.

Enamel Dutch ovens must be handled with care. They are made of vitreous enamel which is made from glass. This can chip due to the delicate nature of the material. Proper care should be taken to protect your cookware. Wood and silicone utensils are your best friends. Metal utensils should not be used on your Milo.
For the lifetime of the product, Milo will replace any item found to be defective when subject to normal home use and cared for as per the included instructions. Minor imperfections, surface marks, and minor color imperfections are natural and normal due to the handcrafted technique that makes each piece so unique.

Any damage incurred through an accident, such as dropping.

Is there a warranty for Misen products?

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers the majority of our products. Products covered by our Lifetime Guarantee are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for the life of the products. Normal wear and tear are not covered, but we'll send you a replacement or fix your product if you experience issues caused by a manufacturing defect. Accidental damage caused by improper use, storage, or damage caused by a failure to follow our usage guidelines is not covered.

This Limited Product Warranty does not cover any shipping and handling fees associated with returning or replacing a defective product. In addition, this Limited Product Warranty does not cover:

Terms and conditions of warranty valid for smeg household appliances installed in Malaysia.

1) The appliance is assured by Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd for a period of 24 months from the date on which the first user purchased it. The date of purchase may be proven only by means of a document valid for tax purposes issued by the vendor to the first user which states the details of the retailer in addition to the date. Any user who wishes to make use of the conventional warranty offered by Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd must present the aforesaid document, together with this manual, to the technical staff who will check that they are valid.

2) The warranty covers all replacements or repair work due to manufacturing defects or lack of conformity with the product characteristics, as stated in the accompanying documents, which were present at the time of purchase.

3) The Warranty does not cover work carried out on faults due to inappropriate, negligent or careless use, to improper use, particularly non-domestic use, to failure to follow the instructions for running the appliance, to repairs carried out using non-original spare parts, to the work of technical staff unauthorised by Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd, or to circumstances which are not attributable to manufacturing defects in the appliance. Without prejudice to the rights of the User against the Vendor, its direct contracting party, work involving the installation, the connection to power supplies and discharge systems, the setting up of the appliance according to the terms and conditions of use and maintenance indicated in the instruction manual are also not covered by this Warranty. The Warranty also does not cover all those parts subject to wear and tear with normal use (such as, for example, pan stands, flame spreaders, seals, lamps, handles, knobs and removable parts, etc.).

4) The Warranty only covers single family or non-commercial multi-unit dwellings. It does not cover any appliance(s) used in any commercial application.

5) Kitch (M) Sdn Bhd declines all responsibility for any damage directly or indirectly caused to persons, objects or pets due to failure to follow what is indicated in the Instruction Manual principally concerning appliance installation, use and maintenance instructions.

6) Repairs carried out under warranty do not give rise to extensions or renewals of the warranty itself.

Solo Stove

We warranty each and every Solo Stove product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Solo Stove product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Solo Stove does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Solo Stove product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Solo Stove product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Solo Stove product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for countries outside the U.S. European and Canadian orders placed on our ca.solostove.com or eu.solostove.com are eligible for warranty claims. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites. All international orders are final.

Teakhaus

We stand behind all our products! Whether you bought it on Teakhaus.com or other retailer store, in case of the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect we will replace your boards free of charge within 1-year of your purchase. If your item qualifies for a replacement, we’ll require either a receipt, an order number or any other proof of purchase, and you will be asked for a photo of the damaged product. In the case that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will most probably replace it with a product of comparable features.

To redeem your warranty, It is necessary to contact customercare@teakhaus.com. Please make sure you include your Order Number and the quality problem you experienced with your product. Please allow us from 2 to 3 weeks to proceed with your request.

Extended 3-Year Warranty with Teakhaus.com

In the case you bought a cutting board with www.teakhaus.com, we will guarantee a 3-year extended warranty. In the case that the item you purchased is no longer available, we will most probably replace it with a product of comparable features. Warranty Limitations

The following issues are not covered under any of these warranties:

Damage due to exposing the cutting board to extreme temperatures or open flames.
Damage to the cutting board due to intentional or accidental acts.
Normal wear and tear.
Splitting or cracking due to inadequate oiling of the cutting board. Check our Care & Maintenance Information.
Warping or cracking due to storing of cutting board in an excessively damp or dry environment, or due to putting the cutting board into the dishwasher.

T-fal

The T-fal warranty From the date of purchase in the US or Canada, T-fal warranties to repair or replace in the country of purchase, any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use, and following care instructions. Should your T-fal cookware require warranty service, please contact our Consumer Service Department by phone or website per below for a warranty evaluation and return authorization number. Upon approval of your claim, T-fal will repair or replace the item without charge. If the replacement product is no longer in production, one of equal or greater retail value will be given. Under the terms of this warranty T-fal has no further obligations other than to replace a faulty product. T-fal shall not be obliged to replace any product which is not accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. Exclusions This warranty does not cover:  Damage arising from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, failure to follow the use and care instructions, or an unauthorized modification or repair.  Normal product wear and tear  Nonstick deterioration, discoloration, warping, or metal separation due to high heat, prolonged heat exposure when empty, etc.  Stains, discoloration or scratches on the inside or outside  Any accident caused by fire, flood, etc.  Commercial, professional, or workplace use  Any glass or porcelain in the product  Dust or insects inside the product  Nonstick damage from metal or sharp utensils  Damage caused by use of scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners, bleach, etc.  Minor imperfections and color variations, which are normal T-fal warranties that non-stick coatings comply with regulations covering materials in contact with food. Consumers’ Rights and additional information This T-fal warranty does not affect the statutory rights a consumer may have or those rights that cannot be excluded or limited, nor rights against the retailer from which the consumer purchased the product. This warranty gives a consumer specific legal rights, and the consumer may also have other legal rights which vary from State to State or Country to Country. The consumer may assert any such rights at his sole discretion.

The MeatStick

Limited Warranty

Soma Labs LLC warrants all “The MeatStick” branded products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for the period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase by the original purchaser within the USA.

Purchase must have been made from an authorized retailer. Your date of sale or delivery receipt is your proof of purchase date. Soma Labs LLC will, at its option, repair or replace the product or any defective parts with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. Replacement products and parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 60 days or, the remainder of the applicable warranty period of the original The MeatStick Product they are replacing or in which they are installed, whichever is longer. This Limited Warranty does not cover any damage or loss which may be the result from wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, commercial use, or use with 3rd Party Products hardware/software, abuse, improper installation of the product, static discharge, neglect, lightning, accidents, or other external causes, and does not apply if the product has been tampered with, modified, altered or repaired in any way without expressed authorization by Soma Labs LLC.

Warranty is voided when product is used outside the specifications of the product. For example, but not limited to exposing the product to temperatures higher than its maximum threshold, submerging and leaving in water when not in use, charging product with incorrect charger, etc.

Returns for Service

Product may only be returned to Soma Labs LLC for warranty service with a valid Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) issued by Soma Labs LLC. An RMA# may be obtained by contacting technical support at support@themeatstick.com. Proof of purchase, with a date less than one year from the date the RMA# is issued, will be required as a condition of receiving warranty service. At the time you receive the RMA# you will be given instructions on how to ship the product. The cost of all shipping charges, both to and from Soma Labs LLC. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

In all events and circumstances, Soma Labs LLC liability shall be expressly limited to the original purchase price of the product. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in this statement are your sole and exclusive remedies.

These terms and conditions supersede any prior agreements or representations, including those made in The MeatStick sales literature or advice given to you by or on behalf of Soma Labs LLC in connection with your purchase.

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOMA LABS LLC, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE OF THE PRODUCT TO PERFORM INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOMA LABS LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM MADE BY A THIRD PARTY OR MADE BY YOU FOR A THIRD PARTY.

Zojila offers a lifetime warranty on its products against manufacturing defects or failure under conditions of normal and intended usage of the product and maintenance as per the product manual. In the case of stainless steel products, they are covered against rusting. Please note that the warranty does not cover the formation or water spots, scale or brown spots which are caused by mineral content in water and which can be removed by periodic cleaning, nor does it cover any related shipping costs.
