I took my air fryer into a new dimension

Tons of people in the comments were asking ‘why not just use a regular oven?’ Well, for three reasons… 1.) Its convenient. It’s convenient to store and to use. Sometimes you don’t need a gigantic oven and you also don’t need to use all that gas to heat up that oven so using a smaller and faster air fryer is the way to go. 2.) Its safe. One of the my studio mates lets her 6 year old son make his breakfast in the morning because she trust him using it versus an actual oven. 3.) It so much healthier for you. I use just a spray of oil in almost all of these recipes where if I had used an actual oven I would have to use more way more! The air fryer is a great and easy way to cook up a huge variety of delicious and healthy foods.

Churros:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of warm

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour

  • 1 stick of butter

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

  • 3 eggs

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan melt the butter along with the water and sugar over medium high heat. Bring to a gentle bowl.

  2. Reduce the heat to low and vigorously stir in your flour and salt until it is fully absorbed by the hot liquid.

  3. Next, whisk in one egg at a time, only adding another egg once the previous one is fully incorporated.

  4. I eventually moved from a whisk to a wooden spatula because the batter became too thick but continue mixing until the batter becomes nice and creamy!

  5. Add the batter into a piping bag or ziploc back with a piping tip attached to it.

  6. Pipe out your churros about 3 – 4 inches long and give them a light spray of oil

  7. Airfryer them at 380 degrees fahrenheit for 6 minutes.

  8. Flip them over and then cook for another 3 minutes.

BBQ Ribs:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of baby spare ribs

  • 2 tablespoons of spice mix

  • Spray of oil

  • ¼ cup of BBQ Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Start off by pat drying the baby back ribs and then liberally sprinkle the spice mix on.

  2. Rub the spice mix into the ribs and then give me a spray of oil

  3. Wrap the ribs in tin foil and air fry for about 60 minutes at 350 degrees fahrenheit.

  4. Then lower the temperature to 320 for another 25 minutes.

  5. Take the ribs out of the foil and spread on your BBQ sauce.

  6. Air fry for the last time at 350 for 10 minutes!

Bacon with Roasted Potatoes Under:

Ingredients:

  • Pack of bacon

  • Small white potatoes

Instructions:

  1. Start by cutting your potatoes into thin slices and lay them flat on the bottom of your air fryer container.

  2. Attach the airfryer container and lay the bacon down flat.

  3. Airfryer at 360 degrees fahrenheit for 10 minutes.

  4. Take the bacon out and transfer the potatoes from below the container into the container.

  5. Continue airfrying so that the potatoes can continue cooking and crisp up a bit. This will take another 10 – 15 minutes.

  6. Once the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside go ahead and feast on your bacon and potatoes. Maybe even fry and egg and have it for breakfast!

Popcorn:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of popcorn kernels

  • Reserved bacon fat

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl mix the bacon fat together with the kernels.

  2. Air fry for 380 degrees for 10 minutes. Stop at 4 minutes left.

  3. Burnt. Fail.

  • 1 ½ cups of all purpose flour

  • ¼ cup of oats

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • ¼ cup of milk ( i forgot to add the milk)

  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a medium size bowl, mash up the bananas until they are mushy.

  2. Add in the coconut oil, maple syrup, and eggs. Whisk until everything is incorporated.

  2. Lay them down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  3. Air fry them at 320 for 15 minutes.

  4. Give them a flip and then continue air frying at 300 for 15 minutes.

  5. The bananas are fully dried and ready to be devoured!!

  6. The apples need a bit more time so give them a check to make sure they aren’t burning and then lower the temp to 270 for 15 minutes.

  7. When they come out they still might be a bit soft. Don’t worry about it because they will harden and crisp up as they cool.

  4. Add all the cauliflower to your bowl and toss to coat! Make sure all the crevices have been coated.

  5. Spray the container with a little bit of oil and lay the cauliflower down in an even layer.

  6. Give it another spray of oil on top and air fry at 360 for 12 minutes.

  7. Give them a check and raise the heat to 370 for 3 minutes.

  8. Meanwhile, heat up the butter and hot sauce and whisk to emulsify.

  9. Give it a pinch of salt and pepper.

  10. Toss the cauliflower into the sauce and serve with sesame seeds or chives.

  1. Flatten out your dough to the same size as the container of your air fryer.

  2. Give your air fryer container a little spray of oil so that nothing sticks.

  3. Drop in your dough and let it proof for about 1 hour.

  4. Once it’s nice and puffy par bake the dough at 320 for 8 minutes.

  5. Take it out and top it with the pizza sauce, mozzerella, and parmesan!

  6. Air fry at 400 for 5 minutes!

  7. EAT PIZZA!!
